Engineering Design Showcase
Design principles and Project Management course ( ELEE 3180 ) is a third-year course for students to learn about different steps in engineering design from developing engineering requirements, concept generation to prototyping, testing and finally integration. Students start with a minor project and then spend 2-3 months on their main design project. This year we had March 31st to showcase the prototypes and final designs which unfortunately was canceled due to Covid-19. To acknowledge the hard work of all project groups who still passionately continued working on their projects even during this difficult time and despite existing limitations, we decided to have all projects presented through a virtual expo. This year's Engineering design showcase features 17 groups with a variety of engineering topics mostly focused on the ideas to support people with disabilities.
