FutureENG is a one day in-person conference hosted by Engineering Outreach in association with Hydro One. It is tailored towards young women in grades 11 & 12 for the purpose of inspiring them to become future engineers.

Get ready for a day full of innovation and excitement (at no cost)! Hosted by Ontario Tech University’s Faculty of Engineering and Hydro One, the FuturEng All Girls Engineering Conference is perfect for girls in grades 11 and 12 who are curious about science, technology, and engineering.

You’ll connect with other students, dive into exciting engineering activities, hear from inspiring speakers, and get a sneak peek into engineering programs at Ontario Tech. Discover what it’s like to be an engineering student, explore student clubs and societies, and learn about the many exciting internship opportunities that can jump-start your career.

Expand your skills and knowledge through engaging activities in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.You’ll also have the chance to connect with current female engineering students and professionals who will share their stories and give you a real-world perspective on what it’s like to study and work in engineering. Learn about their journeys, hear about the challenges they've overcome, and find out how engineering can open doors to a wide range of exciting careers. With their guidance, you’ll see how your passion for STEM can become a future filled with possibilities.
