Co-Op and Internship
The Engineering Co-Op and Internship Office is committed to supporting eligible students enrolled in all Engineering programs, as well as students in the Health Physics and Radiation Science program at Ontario Tech University. Our goal is to assist you in all aspects of finding an appropriate Co-Op or Internship placement that will help you get valuable engineering work experience while completing your undergraduate degree program.
The Engineering Co-Op and Internship program at the Ontario Tech is optional, rather than being a mandatory component for graduation. Placements can range anywhere from 4 to 16 months and, as a student, you have some flexibility based on your program map around when is the best time for you to be out on a work placement.
